Transaction (API) Monitoring Service
Our Open Banking platform offers the capability to monitor the activity of all available APIs for each bank / payment / financial / credit institution that is connected in the Payment Hub . The platform can monitor all existing APIs in real time.
The platform provides a detailed history of the failures that occurred for each individual connected financial entity, what they were, when they occurred and what was their duration. Each API is tested minimum every 6 minutes or 10 times per hour, 240 times a day. If there is a problem, the scan will be done in shorter time intervals with a frequency of 5 times in 30 seconds. API monitoring is in response to the requirement of the regulatory standard. Using the monitoring facility connected financial entities monitor also the activation of the fallback mechanism.
